Breastfeeding Hour ~ Breastfeeding consultation and support. This is open to anyone who plans to breastfeed, is breastfeeding, supporting a breastfeeding mom or who is trying to make the decision to breastfeed.
Baby Weight Checks ~ Is my baby getting enough to eat? Is she/he gaining the "right" amount of weight? These are common questions for new parents. We offer a time to bring your baby in, weigh her/him and answer any questions you may have. Referrals may be made to the appropriate providers.
Thursdays from 10:00 to 11:00, drop-in or by appointment. $10. optional donation.
Alternately staffed by La Leche League Leaders or Lactation Consultants.

Employed Breastfeeding Mothers Meetings
Two-part series, Planning Ahead and Making it Work. $15 for one class or $20 for two, any order. $5 discount for WIC or La Leche League members. Classes are held bi-monthly on Monday evenings from 5:15 - 6:15.
Bring snacks or your own dinner is desired. You are welcome whether you are just considering returning to work or are already an expert. Fee helps support The Nesting Place. Babies and support person welcome at no additional charge. Time may be subject to modification depending on work hours of participants.
